In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the BuildLoops.ai platform (the "Service").
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

3. Response to Valid Notifications
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, BuildLoops will:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.

Provide the user with information about how to submit a counter-notification.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA agent with the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which BuildLoops may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Restoration of Material
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and inform them that we will restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the user.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, BuildLoops maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. Good Faith
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
