BuildLoops, Inc. ("BuildLoops") engages the following Subprocessors to process personal data on behalf of our customers in connection with the BuildLoops.ai platform. This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and Privacy Policy.
We will update this list at least 30 days before adding or replacing a Subprocessor and will notify customers by email. Customers may subscribe to Subprocessor change notifications by contacting privacy@buildloops.ai.
AI Model Providers
These providers process Content through large language models to generate Outputs within Station loops. All AI model providers are subject to zero-retention agreements and contractual prohibitions on model training.

Important Notes
Third-party tools that customers choose to connect via integrations (such as their own Stripe, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or GA4 accounts) are not Subprocessors of BuildLoops. When a customer connects their own account for a third-party tool, data flows directly between the customer's account and the Service under the customer's existing agreement with that third-party provider.
